RETURN POLICIES

Let us know the reason why you want to return the product by sending an email to kalonskinbar@hotmail.com

In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, you can return it and the shipping costs will be borne by us. If you want to return a product purchased in our online store, you must send us an email within 14 days of delivery . Once you have received a written confirmation from us, send the product back, using the courier service that we recommend and the steps that we indicate by e-mail. We will reimburse you for the cost of the returned product and the shipping costs within 72 hours after the arrival of the package. We will not issue a refund if the product has been used or tampered with.

In the event that you want to make a return for another reason, you can do so as long as the product has not been opened or tampered with. In this case the cost of shipping is $ 10,000 . Keep in mind that we will deduct that amount from the total return.

For the purposes of these Conditions, return will be understood to be that generated by a defect, tare or the receipt of an erroneous product .

For these purposes, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with these Conditions when they conform to the description and qualities that appear on the website, are suitable for the uses indicated for them and present a quality comparable to that of other products of the same or similar characteristics.

Once the items are returned, they will be checked by Kalon Skin Bar and we will inform you if the refund is appropriate or, where appropriate, the replacement of the product.

Kalon Skin Bar will refund the corresponding amount (including the shipping costs of the initial delivery) without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date of receipt of the return of the order. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid.

Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled before we ship it.
